We present a new catalogue of 179 z<0.65 galaxy cluster candidates along with estimates of their evolution and clustering. The catalogue has been selected from the Panoramic Deep Fields, a multicolor survey of two 5o x 5o fields with a limiting magnitude of BJ ~ 23.5. Candidates were selected with a filter which detects overdensities of galaxies in the plane of the sky and photometric redshift space. The resulting estimates of the cluster redshifts have little dependence on models of cluster galaxies and their evolution resulting in improved estimates of the cluster properties. The space density of poor clusters is significantly higher than estimates derived from the Abell catalogue and it is probable that the Abell catalogue is substantially incomplete for richness class ~ 0 clusters. Constraints on Ω m provided by the cluster catalogue are poor but the value of σ 8 is constrained to ~ 0.65 for a flat Ω m=0.3 cosmology. Large-scale-structure is observed including ~ 103 h-1 Mpc long voids which are interpreted as lines-of-sight which do not intersect filamentary structure.
