Recent TRACE observations have detected a class of cool, quiescent loops that are inconsistent with hydrostatic loop models. These loops appear static, isothermal (1 MK), and overdense. In this talk, we present co-aligned TRACE, SUMER and CDS observations of several EUV loops. Every loop observed shows evidence of significant downflows along the loop. We confirm that the temperature along some of the observed loops is sharply peaked around 1 MK. In other loops, however, we find evidence for emission at hotter (2 MK) and cooler (0.2 MK) temperatures; this emission may be co-spatial with the loops observed in TRACE. These observations suggest that non-hydrostatic models are necessary to describe the loops.
