The conditions in which emission lines of hydrogen, ionized calcium, and ionized magnesium are formed in the spectra of T-Tauri stars are considered. It is found that the structural characteristics of winds from T Tauri stars are very different from those which are represented in models of an expanding continuous medium. Mass loss from a T Tauri star is an extremely nonuniform process over the surface, apparently embodying a real inhomogeneity in magnetic activity on the stellar surface.
