The intermediate band and H photometry of bright giants and supergiants of type F, given in Paper I, is used to obtain values of age, surface gravity, reddening, lumin6sity, and heavy element abundance of these stars. The few supergiants in galactic clusters are used to test the results. The bulk of the stars have ages between iO and 108 yr on the timescale dictated by the convective overshoot models, and have [Fe/H] between - 0.05 and 0.15 dex.
