Data are given for 377 new proper-motion stars with mu not les than 0.15 arcsec/year found on 23 areas, covering 25 sq deg each. These are located south of declination -40 deg and between 04h 30m and 16h 00m in right ascension. Photographic magnitudes range from 7.0 to 18.5. Thirteen stars have proper motions larger than 0.5 arcsec/year, in a magnitude range between 13.5 and 17.5.
