The present maps of the dust emission of the GMC and giant H II region complexes W49A and W51A at 1300 and 870 microns reveal complex regions with well-defined warm dust peaks embedded in regions of extended cold-dust emission. On the basis of flux densities obtained for the 12-micron to 3-mm range, continuum spectra integrated over the clouds are obtained which are well represented by a model with cold, warm, and hot components. It is found that emission peaks in the maps of the optically thin dust emission indicate the presence of luminous sources which heat the surrounding dust to 35-70 K; the bulk of the dust is at about 20 K.
