The penultimate collapse of the universe is considered in which various forms of matter, in unifying, can conserve only the properties of gravitating hydrodynamic matter. This process is examined for the example of black-hole formation. The properties of gravitating hydrodynamic matter are lost in the ultimate stage of collapse, when matter arises in the form of a Lambda-term deprived of the gravitational constant and displacement properties.
