Twelve short cosmic gamma-ray bursts were observed from the same source during the period July - December 1983. Results of this source's localization based on "Prognoz-9" and ICE data are presented. The source position is 10° apart from the galactic center. Data on the localization show that the 7 January 1979 gamma-burst also originated from the same source.
