This catalogue contains a collection of astrometric observations of comet P/Halley at its apparition 1909 - 1911. More than 2300 visual astrometric observations from 41 observatories and the photographic observations from Greenwich have been re-reduced using the best presently available data on positions and proper motions of reference stars. A detailed publication of these data is chosen to enable an up-dating of the catalogue in the future, when positions and proper motions of reference stars will be improved. The tables are available upon request on magnetic tape.
