Long-slit echelle observations obtained in the light of Hα and [N II] are presented for the bipolar planetary nebula 19W 32. The kinematics of this object shows a difference in velocity of 30 km s-1 as measured from the tip of one lobe to the opposite. Whereas the emission lines are single in the lobes they exhibit a complex, multiple structure at the core of the planetary. An expansion velocity of 50 km s-1 is found for the nebular material surrounding the nucleus. The morphology and velocity structure of the planetary indicate that a circumstellar shell is being driven by a stellar wind. The material that surrounds the core seems to have collimated ionized gas in opposite directions forcing it to flow away in a bipolar mode.
