The HXR peak delay of 3B flare of March 6, 1989 (1354-1624UT) is about 130 seconds, while the rising time of the lowest energy channel of X-rays is only 150 seconds. The authors use the trap plus precipitation model to explain this unprecedented and peculiar event. It is found that it can be well interpreted if two successive sources are involved and coronal density is taken to be 109 cm-3.
