There is an effect of lunisolar precession on the measures of the period and period change rate of pulsars. The effect of lunisolar precession is analyzed in this paper. It is found that the lunisolar precession affects the exact measures of P of pulsars. The data of measured period of 1771 pulsars have been analyzed and detected, and 81 of them were influenced by the effect of lunisolar precession in their period measurement precision. Some necessary modifications of this exterior factor must be made to the exact measures of pulsars' P and P accompanying the continuous improvement of observational precision.
