We have measured the proper motions of forward shock filaments in Kepler's supernova remnant using multi-epoch VLA data. We find that these filaments have been decelerated and their expansion rate varies around the rim. We have compared the radio filament positions and proper motions to the positions and proper motions of the corresponding X-ray filaments that mark the forward shock and find good agreement with some slight offsets. We have also compared the widths of the radio filaments to the widths of the X-ray filaments. While synchrotron losses are often used to explain the narrow X-ray filaments, the same argument does not apply to the narrow radio filaments.
