This report summarizes the apparent lunar stellar magnitude, Danjon Luminosity, and enlargement of the umbra for 30 partial and total lunar eclipses that took place between 1956 and 1985, inclusive. The source, quality, and extent of the information differ considerably from eclipse to eclipse. For nine of these eclipses, contact times have been computed expressly for this report.
