The study of transport processes in a preplanetary disk using the approach of Goldreich and Tremaine (1978) is studied. This approach considers the dynamics of a system of inelastically colliding particles with regard to Saturn's rings. Expressions for the rates of the variation of the principal components of the stress tensor due to the gravitational interaction of bodies are obtained.
