We study analytically the effect of the existence of CMB (core-mantle
boundary) topog- raphy on the Earth’s nutation. To that aim, we
have considered an Earth model with a rigid mantle, a homogeneous and
incompressible fluid core, and a slightly non-hydrostatic core-mantle
boundary.
