Positions of radio sources which are a realization of International Celestial Reference Frame (ICRF) can be estimated from VLBI observations. In this presentation we discuss different ap- proaches in data analysis and the influence of applied strategy on the results. Application of these strategies are illustrated with a set of radio sources catalogs obtained from VLBI data analysis at the Main Astronomical Observatory (Kiev).
