VLA observations of NGC 7538 IRS 1 at 5 and 15 GHz using the A
configuration are presented, showing evidence for a disk collimator of
the ionized gas on scales less than 100 AU. The link between these
observations and the previously mapped high-velocity molecular gas is
briefly discussed.
