A new interstellar line at 45.379 GHz from Sgr B2, TMC1, TMC1(NH3), and TMC2 has been detected. Particularly in TMC1, the line is remarkably intense (Tr approximately 4.2 K). TMC1 has been surveyed for a wide range of frequency, but no hfs, harmonically related lines, nor fine structures near U45.379 have been detected. These facts indicate that the source molecule of U45.379 is a peculiar one, probably neither linear nor nearly linear.
