The 2251 quasars with published redshifts listed in the catalog of Veron-Cetty and Veron (1984) are investigated statistically to detect clustering, using an open-universe model and comoving linear separations. The results are presented in tables and graphs and discussed. An apparent excess number of pairs with small separation and redshift difference relative to the number of pairs with large separation and redshift difference is noted, suggesting clustering comparable to that observed for galaxies. Twelve 'close' pairs, including two gravitational-lens pairs, are listed.
