UBV photometry of 197 stars in the cluster Be21 was derived from photoelectric measurements, iris photometry and photographic data obtained with the Kron electronic camera. The cluster is highly reddened and extremely distant, 10-15 kpc from the sun or 20-25 kpc from the galactic center. Since Be21 is quite young, its presence in the outer most part of the galactic plane suggests that this region, just now condensing, currently may be the site of active star formation. The properties of cool stars in a galactic anticenter field were investigated and compared to solar neighborhood stars. The factor analysis showed the presence of a maximum of three factors measured by 27 scamper points with 20A bandwidths. From the adopted parameters, the approximate reddening and distance modulus of each star was determined, and the general spatial distribution of stars for this field was derived.
