To complement the 1.5 Msec exposure of M33 with Chandra, we have obtained 80 hours of VLA observations of this Local Group member designed to complement existing radio surveys. In particular, we obtained eight-hour integrations on each of eight fields at 6cm in the A configuration, covering most of the area of the X-ray survey. We achieved a typical rms of 12 µJy and an angular resolution 0.4"; the former is a good match to the Chandra resolution, while the latter is critical in separating supernova remnant emission from often-nearby HII regions. We detect, and resolve, a large number of the 100 optical SNRs discovered to date, and identify several dozen other extended sources which we attempt to classify as HII regions, extragalactic interlopers, and new SNR candidates based on multiwavelength comparisions. We also obtained an eight-hour integration at 20cm in order to add radio spectral information to the classification process. We will report on the fraction of X-ray, radio, and optical coincidences, as well as on a search for bright pulsar wind nebulae in M33, none of which are known at the present time.
