Gerrit Verschuur (2007,2008) has associated 21-cm emissions from neutral hydrogen in the Milky Way with the small scale (1/2 - 1 degree) continuum emissions of WMAP.This association has been challenged by Land and Slosar (2007). In this poster I will show how the dual proposal supports Verschuur. In the dual proposal there are maxima of gravitational potential spaced 400 pc apart throughout the Galaxy.
