The general characteristics of 27 systems from the lists of compact groups of compact galaxies are described on the basis of observations made with the 2.6-m telescope of the Byurakan Observatory. Negatives obtained with this telescope made it possible to establish the extragalactic nature of a number of doubtful objects and to estimate the compactness of the galaxies in these groups. It was found that only the groups given in the lists under the numbers 2, 84, and 130 can be properly called compact groups of compact galaxies. The remaining systems would be more correctly described as systems containing compact galaxies.
