Short and long wavelength spectra of the low red-shift QSO PG1351+64, obtained with International Ultraviolet Explorer, are presented. The continuum can be fitted by a power law F lambda varies as lambda to the 0.2 power, with a luminosity of 9 x 10 to the 44th power ergs/sec between 1200 and 3200 A. The eq.w. of lyman alpha is 100 A with a FWHM of 12 A. Strong local absorption is observed in the C IV line (+1780 km/sec). The results are discussed with respect to the suggested correlations between quasar properties.
