The ultraviolet spectrum of the dwarf blue galaxy Tololo 1924-416 was obtained with the International Ultraviolet Explorer. The spectrum has a strong 2200 A absorption feature and the color excess obtained from the 2200 A feature (assuming the galactic extinction law) and that obtained from the Balmer decrement are similar. The stellar composition of the gas in the galaxy described. The L alpha/H beta ratio in the dereddened spectrum was found to be normal.
