The paper proposes singularity-free isotropic cosmological models which are based on the general theory of variable rest masses. The numerical solutions presented show that realistic nonsingular cosmological solutions can be easily constructed in the variable rest mass theory. These solutions, while being very different from GR ones at early cosmological times, converge to GR solutions at late times approaching the present epoch. The predictions of the theory for PN solar system experiments, neutron stars, black holes, and cosmological parameters are actually indistinguishable, with present observational techniques, from those of GR.
