The lightcurves of the following eclipsing binaries, generally regarded in the literature as sd-systems, have been reanalyzed by means of Wood's model in order to obtain homogeneous photometric elements: IM Aur, SU Boo, RW CrB, Z Dra, UX Her, IZ Per, RW Tau, VV UMa, W UMi, and BE Vul. It is shown that for UX Her and W UMi the sd-d classification, though not firmly proved, cannot be ruled out.
