Results are presented of studies of a number of Venusian surface regions by means of bistatic radar method. Reflectivity distribution maps were obtained, relief characteristics were determined as well as permittivity of soil and refractive attenuation of radio waves in the atmosphere. The values of mean square slope of small-scale relief components with respect to measurements of spectral bandwidth of reflected signals vary in the interval from 1 to 5 deg, dielectric conductivity of soil, from 3.0 to 9.1. The relative relief height gradients over much of the studied region are not greater than + or - 1 km. The reflectivity distribution chart reveals special features with elevated value of coefficient of reflection. These features correspond to slopes of hilly formations. The slope attains 6-7 deg, horizontal length 20-40 km, and height above the surroundings 1-3 km.
