The Hubble Legacy Archive (HLA) has published its first pre-release data on July 31st 2007. As its contribution, the Space Telescope-European Coordinating Facility (ST-ECF) published several hundred NICMOS G141 spectra, which were specifically reduced and prepared in the ST-ECF NICMOS HLA project. In this contribution we give an overview of the project. We discuss data processing, data selection and the data products. Example spectra are presented. A brief preview of the first release, expected in early 2008, is given.
