A cosmological simulation archive can include an extremely large amount of data, that imply strong difficulty in analysing, moving and downloading these kind of data, so it is important to develop a system that analyses the cosmological data where data are stored. The main target of this work is to build a software layer that can easily allow us to handle data. The challenge is to develop and make available to the community a complete set of services for data handling by providing a user-friendly access to a huge amount of heterogeneous data and also an optimised way to process and analyse these data in a distributed environment. We present a set of web services aimed offering services such as SNAP (Simple Numeric Access Protocol) and Randomizers dealing with different data formats. The web services technology allows us to run a particular task (a SNAP job, for instance) close to its data.
