A numerical method is proposed for studying the frequency shift of the magnetoionic components of decametric radio waves propagating in a spatially inhomogeneous magnetoactive quasi-stationary ionosphere. Frequency-shift data are obtained for vertical and oblique incidence of radio waves onto the ionosphere in the case of variable ionization of the ionospheric layer, in the case of horizontally traveling disturbances, and in the case of geomagnetic field intensity fluctuations.
