Scientific paper

The paper proposes a relativity-verification experiment using a Michelson-Morley configuration in which two lasers are connected by means of a wire several kilometers long. If the connecting wire is stretched in the direction of the gravity field gradient, the lasers will experience a difference in gravitational acceleration. The lasers are positioned in such a way that only one laser is affected by the Einstein shift. Interference will occur in the common beam, resulting in light intensity fluctuations recorded by a photodetector.
