The radiation fields produced by an energetic electron which is moving in helical orbit in the magnetoactive plasma are derived by solving Maxwell's equations exactly. Those fields consist of three components which are characterized by different wave frequencies related to the anisotropic nature of the medium. The result, obtained in this paper, seems to be useful in investigating the suppression of the low frequencies of solar radio type IV bursts and galactic emission, and suggests that the explanation for the influence of ambient plasmas on the gyro-synchrotron radiation from energetic electrons must be modified.
