The results of optical spectroscopy of 4U 0115+63 are presented. The spectrum shows no definite stellar line features in the data (signal-to-noise ratio, approximately 16; spectral resolution 2 A) except variable H-alpha emission. This emission has a moderate negative velocity and shows occasional absorption with a large blueshift. Interstellar absorptions are consistent with visual extinction of 3 mag or more.
