The star formation history of the galaxies in the Hubble Ultra Deep Field is determined from redshifts, Spectral Energy Distributions, and extinctions derived from the 6 photometric bands observed by NICMOS and ACS. The HUDF area covered by both NICMOS and ACS contains approximately 5000 galaxies. Initial extractions indicate that the star formation history of the UHDF is different than the history for the Northern Hubble Deep Field. The HUDF has a higher SFR at redshifts 1 - 4 but significantly lower SFR at higher redshifts. There also appears to be a lack of highly luminous galaxies at high redshift in contrast to the results found in the NHDF. The variations at this time appear to be consistent with the expected variations due to large scale structure. The combination of the two fields will also be presented in an attempt to perform a first average over the two fields to reduce the large scale structure errors. Funding for this investigation has been partly supplied by a Treasury observation grant from the Space Telescope Science Institute.
