The problem of passively tracking a moving signal source has importance in a variety of applications such as radar, sonar, seismology, and radio astronomy. In an attempt to aid in the understanding of such problems, a passive tracking algorithm has been developed using PV-Wave, version 3.10. The objective of this document is to present this algorithm, thereby allowing others to further investigate such problems.
