There is an error in converting the observed line flux to total luminosity in Tables 5 through 9. The listed total luminosity for every transition should be corrected by a factor of (1+z)4, where z is the redshift of the galaxy. This correction does not affect our metallicity measurement reported in the paper. We also note that those line luminosities measured for the galaxy toward PKS 0439-433 in Table 4 are not affected by this error. We thank Berkeley Zych for pointing out this error.
