Results of photoelectric UBV observations of PU Vul made in March - December 1983 are presented. The star brightness in U, B, V did not show significant variations during the first half of the year. From July to October 1983 the UV flux has been increasing by ΔU ≈ 0m.5, that was followed by a ≈ 0m.15 drop to the end of the year. In the same time a small brightness decrease ΔV ≈ 0m.1 and appearance of a slight instability of B and V brightness, probably of a flare type, were observed.
