The results of observations of the radio source 3C 123, obtained at frequencies 16.7, 20 and 25 MHz with the aid of the broadband decametric radiointerferometer URAN-1 are presented. The analysis of the available radio interferometrical observations performed in the frequency range 16.7 - 1425 MHz permits to estimate the effective angular dimension of the source (assuming the Gaussian brightness distribution) which at 50% total intensity level turned out to be frequency independent and equal to 23arcsec.
