Photoelectric UBVR observations and photographic BVR observations of the variable AC Cnc have been carried out. The analysis of the observations showed that the system AC Cnc consists of a cold K4 V star and a white dwarf surrounded by an accretion disc. The distance between the components was estimated as 0.01 a.u.; the size, brightness and temperature of the disc were estimated to be 0.5 R_sun;, 1.3×1033erg/s and 104K, respectively. A possible connection with the X-ray object H 0850+13 is discussed.
