A detailed mathematical model of the rotating magnetic white dwarf Feige 7 is presented to test the conclusions of Liebert et al. (1977) regarding that star. Liebert et al. presented observations of flux and circular polarization and utilized a variety of evidence to infer values of the magnetic field strength, field geometry, and rotation angle, among other parameters. Their inferences are found to be generally sound, with several important qualifications and alterations. In particular, it is found to be impossible to model the observed periodic variation in the positions of the absorption lines using a dipole field.
