New photoelectric UBV photometry of 164 stars brighter than V = 14.6 as well as DDO and CMT(1)T(2) photometry of five red stars in the open cluster NGC 2567 are presented and discussed. By using both color-magnitude and color-color diagrams, 81 stars (including three red giants) are found to be cluster members and 15 stars to be probable members. A foreground reddening E (B - V) = 0.13 mag, a distance modulus V(0) - M(v) 11.05 mag (d = 1620 pc), and an age of 2.9 x 10 to the 8th yr have been derived. Assuming that the metal abundance of the red giants is representative of that of the whole cluster, NGC 2567 appears to have a nearly solar composition.
