Only about 30 S-type stars have published proper motions, and two of these - T Cam and S UMa - are given such large values in the AGK3 as to be almost certainly spurious. The authors have redetermined these two stars' proper motions, comparing new photographic position determinations with late 19th-century first-epoch positions. The new proper motions are much smaller than the AGK3 values, although based mainly upon AGK3 reference stars.
