The two-dimensional velocity field of the asymmetric barred spiral galaxy NGC 4027 has been mapped with the Taurus Fabry-Perot interferometer, and the results are presented and modeled. A map of the H-alpha emission is shown and described, and the H II velocity dispersion and velocity field of the galaxy are shown. A simple axisymmetric kinematic model is presented which fits the observed velocity field very well. The most surprising feature of the model is that the center of symmetry of the velocity field coincides to high precision with the center of the bar even though the bar is displaced by 5 arcsec from the center of the outer optical isophotes. The derived circular rotation curve has a peak rotational velocity of 160 km/s. There are small systematic departures from circular motion near the bar center and along the minor axis.
