Polarimetric observations of sources in three star-forming regions, obtained at 1.23-8.53 microns using the Blue Toad (up-looking InSb) and Closed Cycle Cooler Photometer (SiAs) detectors on the 2.1-m telescope at KPNO in December 1984 and June 1985, are reported. The data are presented in tables and maps and characterized in detail. Features discussed include a position-angle rotation from H to K in W33 IRS 3 and polarization of S255 IR by scattering off an embedded source (probably the center of a bipolar outflow). A 60-deg position-angle rotation from J to K in Cep A IRS 5 and the polarization of Cep A IRS 6a and the reflection nebula Cep A IRS 3 are attributed in part to illumination by a central source near Cep A IRS 6c.
