The Dirac-Coulomb electric-dipole oscillator strengths for transitions with n = 1-5 are determined using a computer program which manipulates the exact algebraic expressions in terms of the exponents, powers and coefficients entering into them. Results for atomic charge numbers Z = 1-10 and Z = 10-100 (by tens) are presented in extensive tables and briefly characterized. The applicability of the technique described to studies of astrophysical plasmas at temperatures above 10 to the 6th K is indicated.
