The accumulation of terrestrial planets is considered on the basis of a study of the evolution of spatial disks of gravitating solid bodies coagulating during collisions. The number of large (greater than about 0.05 earth masses) embryos of terrestrial planets may have been greater than the actual number of these planets. During accumulation, the mean eccentricity of these bodies may have exceeded 0.2. The relatively large eccentricities of the orbits of Mercury and Mars could have been due to the influence of bodies entering the terrestrial planet zone from the giant planet zone.
