Scientific paper

Identifications are presented for absorption features found in the
ultraviolet spectrum of the B0 V star, τ Scorpii. The spectrum,
produced by the Copernicus satellite, covers the wavelengths from 949 to
1560 Å. A correction to the first-order wavelength scale of the
τ Scorpii atlas is derived.
