Continuum observations at 5 GHz of the galactic H II regions W48, G 25.4-0.2S, G 8.1+0.2, and G 89.1+1.3 at moderately high spatial resolution (<6arcsec) have been obtained with the VLA interferometer. Maps of the sources are presented and physical parameters of the H II regions are derived. Tentative models for the G 25.4-0.2S H II region utilizing the VLA radio interferometric map and available infrared data are discussed.
